CONSCIOUS UNCONSCIOUS
This installation emerges from the moment of falling asleep, when the face detaches from the body and drifts into space, becoming a figure of the unconscious set free, endowed with a presence of its own.
The work explores the coexistence of two selves within a single psyche: the adult and the child, each carrying their own weight of fear, memory, and unresolved experience. These are not sequential stages of a life, but simultaneous territories, persistent, unintegrated, continuing to shape one another beneath the surface of consciousness.
The installation proposes an encounter between what we were and what we are, taking place in the only space where that confrontation becomes possible, the interior world that opens when wakefulness surrenders. A silent dialogue, without voice, without witness, unfolding in the language of the unconscious alone.
